You’ll generally be moving within a 10’ x 22’ area, so while you’ll be active, please don’t be intimidated by our Court Connection clinics.
This isn’t a CrossFit session or anything crazy……more like intermittent low to medium cardio.

All we ask is to come dressed in athletic attire, athletic non-marking shoes, and bring hydration of your choice.
While eye injuries are rare, you may want to bring a pair of protective goggles.
If perspiration is a thing for you, a towel might be a good option, too.
Paddle Up will supply all other equipment needed for participation (paddles, balls, nets, etc).
We will also have a standard waiver for you to sign prior to participating.

We keep our classes small to maximize student-to-coach ratio.
What you won’t experience is sitting in a line hitting a ball every 5 minutes….we focus on immersing you into the game to both ramp you up as soon as possible and get you as hooked as we are as soon as possible.

If there’s something we don’t do, it’s taking ourselves too seriously.
As obsessed with the game as we are, we’re still mostly-normal people who just want to help.
