When we're not studying pro pickleball matches, we’re focused on leveraging that detailed understanding to improve your game - and your strategic thinking - both on and off the court. Basically, we're two giant pickleball nerds. For years, in both our professional careers and our pickleball experiences, we often thought, "We could have helped with that." Since that thought kept popping up, we decided to stop thinking and start doing. So, here we are.

Meet Lisa Hurda
Founder & Strategic Coach
Lisa is a community-driven impact leader with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through significant change and building stronger teams across the nonprofit, philanthropy, healthcare, and education sectors. Her career has seen her excel as an Executive Director, a university professor, and a coach, giving her the expertise to help you succeed.
Her dedication to Paddle Up Solutions stems from her obsession with pickleball instruction and coaching women to build confidence by applying game strategies to personal and professional development. With her proven background in systemic change and her status as a credentialed USA Pickleball referee, Lisa offers a disciplined, strategic, and high-impact approach to everything she does.
For the last seven years, we've been continually obsessing over our favorite sport: pickleball. We can’t get enough of the game; and it continually surprises us with the powerful parallels between it and life in general.
With that background, we built Paddle Up Solutions to share our proven strategies. We offer the highest quality pickleball coaching and lessons, catering to all skill levels. We focus on getting your dinks right, your third shots dropping, and your game accelerated.
We also wanted to support helping organizations grow stronger through dynamic, results-driven corporate team building packages and professional networking events. We translate the essentials of competitive doubles play - communication, synergy, and pressure management - into immediate benefits for your team's performance.
Finally, we offer the unique mindset program, "Ladies on the Left." This coaching leverages the mental toughness of the game to help women elevate their personal and professional confidence through strategic thinking - no actual court time required.
